Mexican Bean Salad
1 cup Black beans
1 cup Corn
1/4 cup Diced tomatoes, onions, beetroot and cucumber
Dressing: Blend one medium Avocado with 1/4 cup dill, 2 cloves garlic, 1/8 cup olive oil with salt and pepper and done!
Mix the dressing with the chopped salad and enjoy!
