Ingredients
1 cup grated zucchini
1/2 cup gram flour
Handful chopped Parsley
Chopped scallions
Salt
Pepper
Chili flakes
Chopped garlic
Water
Oil - to cook
Method
Mix in all the ingredients and add adequate water to make the pancake batter.
Add oil on a flat pan and spread the batter.
Once cooked well on both sides, remove from heat and serve with a yogurt dip.
