Zucchini Protein Pancakes


  • 1 cup grated zucchini

  • 1/2 cup gram flour

  • Handful chopped Parsley

  • Chopped scallions

  • Salt

  • Pepper

  • Chili flakes

  • Chopped garlic

  • Water

  • Oil - to cook


  • Mix in all the ingredients and add adequate water to make the pancake batter.

  • Add oil on a flat pan and spread the batter.

  • Once cooked well on both sides, remove from heat and serve with a yogurt dip.
