Recipe:
Stir fried White or Brown Majestic Mushrooms
Shredded Carrots
Thinly sliced Evergreen Fresh cucumbers
Thinly sliced beetroots
Boiled kale
Thinly sliced and stir fried tofu
Edamame beans
Evergreen Fresh red and yellow cherry tomatoes
Any other veggie of your choice
Rice paper rolls
Dip:
2tbsp soy sauce
2tbsp vinegar
2tbsp jaggery syrup
1tbsp chili oil
1tbsp peanut butter
1tsp garlic purée
Mix it all and the dip is ready
Method : Dip your rice paper in warm water until it becomes flexible, spread the paper on a plate and proceed to add your filling, do not over fill.
Then roll the rice paper into spring rolls and enjoy with the dip!
