Indian Mushroom Curry
In a pan heat 1 tbsp oil add;
1 stick cinnamon
1 bay leaf
1 tsp cumin seeds
half an onion - diced
4 cloves garlic
Cook until golden brown then add:
1 cup chopped tomatoes
2 cups cut Majestic Mushrooms White button
Cook until mushrooms are fully ready then add:
Red chili powder, salt, cumin and coriander powder, turmeric and garam masala powder.
Garnish with coriander and serve with quinoa.
