Baby Corn and Carrot Stir Fry



Ingredients

  • 1 small red onion, slice thinly

  • 3 garlic cloves, finely chopped

  • 1 pack Farm Fresh baby corn, sliced diagonally

  • 2 medium carrots, sliced diagonally

  • ½ red bell pepper, diced

  • ½ green bell pepper, diced

  • Salt and pepper to taste


Method

  • In a large pan or wok heat about two tablespoons on oil

  • Add the onions and cook until translucent.

  • Add the garlic and cook until fragrant.

  • Add the baby corn, carrots and the bell peppers.

  • Stir continuously to cook. Cook for 5-7 minutes. The vegetables will be cooked but still crunchy.

  • Season with salt and pepper
