Avocado Pesto Salad

  • Boil and set aside red lentil pasta

  • Chop Red cherry tomatoes

For the pesto sauce

  • One Avocado

  • Chopped Basil

  • 1/2 cup Olive oil

  • 4 Garlic cloves

  • 1/2 cup chopped Cashews and Almonds

  • Salt and Pepper to taste

Grind all the ingredients together, mix with the tomatoes and pasta.
