1 pack Evergreen Fresh Snow Peas
2 garlic cloves, thinly sliced
1 tablespoon smooth peanut butter
Handful of peanuts, coarsely chopped
2 tablespoons oil
In a large pan or wok, over high, heat up the oil.
Add the snow peas and toss to cook. This will take 3-5 minutes. The snow peas should have a bite to it.
Add the garlic and toss to cook until fragrant.
Add the peanut butter and stir to mix.
Season with salt and pepper.
Turn off the heat and add the chopped peanuts.
Serve as a side.
